About
Revela Studios is located at 6815 Manhattan Blvd, Suite 115B, Fort Worth, TX 76120, in a private, ground-level space designed to feel bright, welcoming, and intentional. The studio offers approximately 823 square feet of flexible open space that can be easily adapted for photoshoots, classes, and small events.
With abundant natural light and a clean, modern aesthetic, the studio balances warmth and simplicity, creating an environment that feels both elevated and comfortable. Thoughtful details and versatile furnishings allow the space to transform seamlessly to match your vision.
Cancellations
You can change or cancel your Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time 3 hours before your reservation is set to begin by clicking the change/cancel appointment button at the bottom of your initial confirmation or reminder email.
Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the dollar amount spent that can be applied towards a future Reservation with us. If cancellation is made within 72 hours of the initial start date and time, you’ll receive a standby credit. Standby credits are redeemable for same-day reservations only. Reservations made with standby credits can be made via phone/text only.
Your credit will expire 18 months from the date of the original reservation. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 3 hours of the start time of your reservation are not eligible for credits or changes. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Guests are permitted to reschedule with an original cancel credit code once. A reservation made with a cancel credit code cannot be changed or rescheduled. Reservations that are booked with cancel credit may be canceled but will not be eligible to receive a new credit code.
Company may cancel your reservation for any reason upon notice to you. If the Company cancels your reservation for any reason other than your breach of this Agreement, you will be given either a full refund or, at your option, rescheduling priority. Company is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot or use of the Studio, such as equipment failures, power outages, weather, acts of God or emergencies, or acts by any third parties not under our control, including those of other Guests of the Studio. In such cases, Company will refund a prorated portion of Guest’s payment if Reservation period had already started, or rescheduling priority if Reservation period had not begun.
Event Details
Any reservation with 10 or more guests is considered an event. Event pricing and minimum time requirements differ from standard studio bookings and do not qualify for hourly or package-based photo session rates.
Time & Usage Rules
Reservation time must include all setup, vendor arrival, breakdown, and cleanup. Your booked time begins when the first vendor or guest arrives and ends when the last event-related person departs. Guests are responsible for booking sufficient time to avoid overtime or late fees.
All events require their own tables and chairs. All set up and clean up should be considered in reservation time. There is a shared kitchen area that can be used to cool drinks or prep before the event.
Setup & Customization
Revela Studios is a DIY space. Guests are welcome to arrange the studio using the existing inventory available on-site. Full-service setup, teardown, or event coordination is not provided unless explicitly agreed to in advance.
Food, Beverage & Alcohol Guidelines
Outside food and beverages are permitted. Alcohol is allowed in accordance with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) guidelines and must be monitored by the host at all times. Food and drinks must remain inside the studio space; common areas and exterior spaces may not be used.
Connectivity
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Access details will be provided upon arrival at the studio.
